Humanising a brand through story, sound and culture

Challenge

Unity5 is well-known in the parking sector, but the business and the brand needed to grow beyond that. Most people didn’t really know who Unity5 were or what they stood for.

The opportunity was to tell a more complete story that showed this is a forward-thinking SaaS company with big ambitions and a brilliant team behind it.

Approach

The work focused on what makes Unity5 stand out: the people, the culture, and a clear sense of purpose. Two videos were created to tell a fuller story. “Just the Start” follows the founders’ journey with honesty and warmth. “Three Sides of Unity” shares the company’s values through the voices of three team members.

Together, they show Unity5 as more than a tech company. The films reflect a culture shaped by care, innovation, and shared ambition.

Solution

The creative approach brought Unity5’s brand identity to life through motion, sound, and space. A 360° drone walkthrough added energy and momentum, giving viewers a sense of the people and place behind the brand. The Line, Unity5’s core visual asset, was used as a connective thread throughout the visuals as a storytelling device.

A custom brand sound was also developed, starting with layered, slightly chaotic tones that gradually resolve into a clean, harmonious finish. It’s a simple, ownable way of expressing Unity5’s mission: making the complex simple.

Impact

The videos are helping shift the perception of Unity5 from a parking tech brand to a smart, adaptable SaaS company with a strong sense of purpose.

There is now a clearer story to tell when it comes to recruitment, brand partnerships, and conversations with new sectors.

Internally, the work has created a strong moment of pride. It captures what Unity5 is all about, where the company has come from, and where it's heading next.

“Just the Start”

This video tells the story of founders David and Lukasz - from the first spark of an idea to the business they’ve built today. It’s a genuine look at the ups, the downs, and everything in between. Their journey is full of drive, teamwork, and belief in what they’re building together.

“Three sides of Unity”

This video brings Unity5’s culture to life through the voices of the people who live it every day. We hear from three team members, each sharing what Human, Unified, and Pioneering mean to them in real terms. It’s an honest, upbeat snapshot of what it’s really like to work at Unity5 - full of warmth, energy, and purpose.
